I perform in person appraisals, doing verbal or written by appointment. Fred are discussed before hand and paid on my arrival.

There are no hidden fees or subscription memberships. I work with my clients and all their needs. I live in Northern California - Shasta County. Outside the county, you would cover travel expenses.
